I took a week break from playing and there is a new update that has bugged the game out with doors everywhere. I can't even use some elevetors. Should I restart from the beginning?

What game and map are you talking about? If this is about Bloodlines and Galaxy updated you mid-play you need to revert to the older patch version. If it only happens in the Skyeline Appartments, just quit and restart the game. This is a known bug when you play long sessions in one go.
