Hey there!
I've been replaying Uplink for the past week or so and had a great time re-learning all the tricks. After a few tries, now I can finally play the story missions and maybe I'll actually be able to finish it this time (heh!). The game's still as great as I remember it to be!
Now, even though the graphics have aged nicely because of their simple design, I can't shake the 2000-ish sci-fi feeling off. After searching a great deal for themes, I couldn't find anything that actually looked nice or modern, especially for longer periods of time. And so, I've decided to create some myself!
SLICK Theme Package
Features:
*Modern, clean design.
*All new graphic assets made from scratch.
*Different color schemes.
*Easy to read maps!
Available color schemes (click for in-game screenshots):
*Dark.
*Light.
*Blue.
*Complementary.
Unfortunately, I can't post the download link, but if you go on Google and search for "moddb slick uplink", the first result will be the ModDB page from where you can download the package.
Cheers & happy hacking!
Hisshi.
PS: I've attached a preview of the Themes.
