just wondering why no UT2003 ? im willing to buy i cos my pc dost allow the reatil work on my win 7 / 8.1 setup and any 1 got a solution for it

The UT2003 basically the same as UT2004. Has the same weapons (the changes mostly cosmetic), the same singleplayer style (playing through a ladder), but has an enhanced engine, more compatible core files. The most notably change is in the Story mod with Gorge.

Even the UT2003's mod and skins with most of the maps work with UT2004.

Of course it still has servers, but the game isn't sold that much. Most of the digital store sites say the same thing I said in my previous post. I would love to see there the UT2003, but only because its story, I like it better than the UT2004's story.

I never was a pessimistic man, but I see only a minimal chance to see the game here. Maybe if you could rev up the UT2003's wish list entry. Or create one if there are no one.
