I remember UT99 being on 2 CDs. Is the version on GoG missing some content? The GoG version is ~600MB when installed.

It's missing ChaosUT and Rocket Arena mods in digital versions on both GOG and Steam.

The second disc of UT99 (vanilla, at least?) apparently has some extras as well.

The second CD (which still have) was part of the GOTY version, iirc. It contains high res ST3C textures and ChaosUT and Rocket arena mods and maps.
