i want to change to 1920 1080 but in the game the resolution not exist how can i change that ?

Edit the .ini file. Sorry but I don't know which and where because I have UT2004 only. The Unreal engine always have a configuration file next to the .exe that contains the user settings. By editing that you can manually set everything.
