Here is my problem: the sound in the game is very bad quality, like if it was playing in a old radio or something.
Everything else is working alright, but the sound is annoying.
I downloaded the game with GOG.com Downloader.

What sound card do you have? Also did you play around with the sound options in the ingame menu or had a look for start menu setting options within the games start menu folder?

Yes, but that didn't solve the problem.
The solution was simple: when I tried to run the game as admin, the sound worked perfectly. ;)

Its seems its always admin settings messing up things. Happy to hear you sorted it out though.
