Of course UT2k4 is superior, but I also enjoy playing UT2k3 and the original DVDs had a small accident with an infant ;)
UT2004 includes everything that UT2003 does, so no.
Why do you want a game (UT 2003), that is completely included in another one (UT 2004)?
Actually I just found out that one map from UT2003 didn't make it to 2004:

I think one can live with that, especially since UT 2004 is better than UT 2003 in more or less any direction. :)

I still enjoy playing UT2k3. Of course all is included in UT2k4, but I just like the feeling of a different HUD, the cool Voice when selecting a character, the different ladder mode, etc.

And it would make the collection complete

I don't remember, if you were able to change the HUD in UT 2004. Can't you switch to an UT-2003-like version?

However, I just remember that in UT 2003 the assault mode was missing... and I liked this mode so much. I was very happy to see it again in UT 2004.

I don`t know a possibility to do that ;)

That`s right, the comeback of Assault and Introduction of Onslaught where awesome!
As for the missing map, you can download a fan-fixed version from here.

Cool! I will defintely give it a try next time I start the game.
weapons aren't the same. Example, double tapping bio rifle shots.
I'd personally like 2003 as well since it's the one I grew up on, first time playing. There are some slight differences.

I still have my game key and discs, and it runs with no problem on Windows 10.
Among other things, my favorite character to play as in UT2k3 was changed in UT2k4. It's mainly aesthetic, but I prefer the 2k3 version.
I also want 2k3 on gog
That would be neat. Sadly not different enough to happen.

It would be also nice if they bring tools with it, like uPaint or how was it called, that let you replace textures on the skins, got me into 3D modeling.
