Could you please make available the last update of this game : version 1.0.0.5 of 26 December 2015. Thanks
1.0.0.6 was just released today too. What version is GOG on? I own the game on Steam.

- Fixed the memory leak that occurred when taking a screenshot for a saved game
- Fixed the bug that caused Gorsky to end dialog abruptly when trying to talk to him about Core City manners in certain cases
- Junkyard mutants nerfed
- Slowed down respawning in Deep Caverns
- Fixed the bug that caused the DC gate mechanism to take your hydraulic-fluid canister without registering it

It's still 1.0.0.2

I think it might be first and last time i purchased a game in GoG, the updates speed is not there.

It's the one big disadvantage of GOG, updates for new games can take quite some time until they are released here.
That's due to the way patching works on GOG - the dev gives the patch to GOG and they release their own version of it, which usually takes a few days. With e.g. Steam, the devs can upload new patches themselves, so they show up immediately.

Considering that Styg released the patches over the Christmas holidays, it's no wonder they haven't shown up so far.
I would say the majority of the time the updates come on the same day or 1-3 days after the patch is released, depending how much Quality Assurance time is needed by GOG to make sure the patch is a good one. I've actually had it happen more often than not that I'm glad GOG wasn't "insta-patch" like steam, because of frequently patches coming out that just require hotfixes or cause unforseen issues because the developer was quick to patch without proper testing.

Seriously, if you aren't patient enough to wait even an entire week for a patch for the game you want to play, you've got deeper issues. Or maybe you just don't have enough games to keep you occupied? Either way. Learn to be patient. Read a book. Smoke a bowl and relax. Realize that GOG for sooooo many other reasons is still the better choice.

People really need to get away from the instant-gratification immediacy-expectation lazy-convenience ways of thinking and living and being. Waiting for patches is a great way to exercise those disciplinary muscles. Please, for the sake of humanity, and yourselves. Try it!

So they are out of time, considering they haven't proposed either the 1.0.0.3 & 1.0.0.4 updates.

You seriously need to learn some patience and that you can't HAVE IT ALL RIGHT HERE NOW ALWAYS IMMEDIATELY nor is it good to expect as much.
Nothing to learn - but they've just updated the main game installer today. Thanks Gog.

Great news.

Anyone starting out with 1.0.0.6 should appreciate the Junkyard Mutant nerf, cause wow, those were some scary bastards at the time you can encounter them.
So does anyone know if/when there's going to be a normal patch or must I really download the whole thing again?

I am afraid you have to (re)download the whole thing, since Gog has directly jump from 1.0.0.2 to 1.0.0.6.
I have downloaded full 1.0.0.6 twice (with slooow holiday bandwidth) and the installer keeps failing and telling me to check integrity. Integrity check succeeds every time, and installation still fails. Now I am stuck with a borked install preventing me from playing the previous version as well.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Downloaded the whole 1.0.0.6 and it installed just fine, no problems.

I don't know if it makes any difference but did you uninstall the old version first? I did and the new install worked just fine.
Check your HD space donaroriak?

And yes, do a fresh install.
I liked the old Junkyard mutants. They were a nice nasty surprise, but after getting your butt kicked the first time you had to plan carefully how to deal with them.
