I thot this was a DRM game. I can't read the manual cuz my PC is not on line. How do I see the manual???

You have the entire encyclopedia and the link in the game refers to this forum.

The rest is trial&error.

Click the Question mark icon in the game main menu for help on how to use the rod and more information.
Click the fish icon to open the encyclopedia with information about fish and their preferred fishing techniques.

Very evasive information here and is why I was looking for the manual. It usually has more info in detail.
