Is ultima patcher from the pix's website safe to use? (all the comments on virus worry me..)

I think this patcher is for all the ultima games' patches in a single program. Am I correct?

or exodus site is safer? (however I heard that it is a hassle for it to work ..)

I wish to play this with music on..Thank you in advance

you could run the patcher inside a vm or an Amazon EC2 instance, or something like that. copy the game files and the patcher in, apply the patch, copy the game files back out, then delete the vm and never worry about it again. that's probably what i would do.
