Are you having trouble with Dungeon Siege or with the mod?

The mod. Dungeon siege works great. But when I start Lazarus, I get the title screen, entering the realm of Britannia, then it goes to the dungeon siege intro and freezes.

No problem with Win 7 64-bit...works fine.

Installed both programs to C:\programs file.

Did you set the resolution to 1024x768?
