r3cogniz3r: I check all of the source port pages every few months "just in case". :) Nuvie, Exult, and Pentagram anyway. I just noticed that the most recent Pentagram snapshot was 4/2018. The change log link is broken though. Not sure what's new. It's newer than the last time I played Pagan on it though. Nice to see something happen even if its minor.
dreammaster: The source repository for Pentagram is
here. There have only been a few commits over the last several years.. so either the developers lost interest in actively working on it further, or the Pentagram webpage is out of date regarding it's status
Oh, yes, development on all of the above has slowed to a crawl. However, I just noticed the near-current date on the latest SVN binary. I didn't actually go to see what was committed. It was just kinda cool to see that something was worth them adding the new binary to the page.
Pentagram is surprisingly solid as is. I've finished the game a couple of times on it with no glaring issues. (to the point where I'd never play it any other way) Was just interesting to see ANYTHING happen on their site. :)
