Hi, I put the parrot on the podest, put the globe on the altar, pulled the lever, but the parrot doesn't change back to Kane, wht could I have done wrong?

Did you get a storm? If not:

If I recall correctly, you need to place the globe on the altar and then use the winch that closes and locks the door.
If done correctly, it should become stormy and your companions will make a note about it.

Then you can place the parrot in any of the 8 spots and flip the associated lever.

If you're talking about what I had to do after putting the first globe on the altar, I've done this (and was teleported somewhere else).
If I have to use the winch again after putting the 2nd globe on the altar, I didn't do that yet.

Which of the 2 globes did you mean?

sorry seems like I answered misleading, I wanted to ask, if you have to use the winch again, when you want to transform Kane.

just tried it again, I forgot to use the winch, now it worked. Thanks for your help
