ziomarco: First off, thank you GOG for adding U7 to your catalog. Just in time for cold winter nights! Has anyone noticed the mouse is somewhat cumbersome to use? it works fine when moving left to right and up and down, but acts strange when moving on a 45 degree angle. Is it just me?
I had way too fast mouse (I am playing on laptop with touchpad). So, I adjusted the mouse sensitivity to lower lever and now it is perfect.
To do that, you need to manually edit file dosboxULTIMA7.conf (it can be found in game installation folder, under ultima7).
Note. If your mouse feels too slow, you can also increase the setting over 100.
There is line sensitivity=100. Decrease the number a little and test it again if it feels any better? I am using sensitivity=40.
