Is this normal for this game? Is this some bug or bad emulation?
I never played this game before, so I¨m not sure if this jerking is correct or not. Anyway, it's really badly playable with this, it's extremely annoying for me. What can I do with this? I tryed every graphic mode, higher and lower cycles, frameskip, but it's still same. Where's the problem?

I'm playing that with:
Windows 7 x64
Core 2 Duo 3,12GHz
4 GB RAM
ATI HD 5570

The game is just like that. It's worst at Lord British's castle or if you have a large party. You can increase the emultation speed, but it will run way too fast when things are less cluttered.

Exult emulates the engine with many improvements including performance. There's currently a bug where key items may disappear, but if you save often and in differents slots, you can always go back.

@Patejl - I recommend playing Ultima 7 through Exult. It has a feature that will smooth walking animation.
