Hi guys, I like the gamecard art for Savage Empire but I can't seem to find it anywhere in a larger resolution. The art that does come up with a google image search is slightly different (bricks between the two figures, not trees). I wonder if the gamecard art is only visible on gog?

The largest image I could find was at the Ultima Wiki here. It's the SNES port, in Japanese only.

The image they use here on GoG is a modified version of the original artwork.
try this one, it's the orginal box art just crop the black around the box

Here are some 1200 DPI scans of both covers. Be warned, they are on the large side:-

Well..... I can attempt to emulate the modified version... but I can't guarantee it'll look great.

EDIT::
Actually, what is it you're looking for?
The actual card, or something similar to the background?

That way I have an idea of what I can and cannot cut out of the image. :)

It's the background Vis but don't sweat it too much, I'd say they've just cut the figures from the original art and pasted them back into a more jungle-y backdrop. Would make for a good desktop but those huge scans are way better than nothing.

Yeah it gives me a project though. :)
Heh heh. To each their own :)

Well, I know everyone's been waiting impatiently for this... :P

1920x1080
1680x1050
1280x960
1024x768

I tried using just the box art, and I'll keep trying, but for now this is what I've come up with.

Okay, new attempts using just the box art:

Savage Empire SNES 1920x1080
Savage Empire SNES 1680x1050

I'll try to get the 4:3 versions created and up later today.

Here they are:
Savage Empire SNES 1280x960
Savage Empire SNES 1024x768
