OK I bought U6 and can't seem to get it to install. When I download and run the GOG_Galaxy_Ultima_VI application file all options under Manager Installation are grayed out. Can someone help me with this problem.

Try to install the game without Galaxy. Download the offline installers directly from your account and try to install from there. If it works then you can later add the game to your Galaxy list.

GOG has now removed the offline installers.

After seeing your post, I was just now able to download the Ultima VI installer from the GOG website (onto my Android phone). It's a 15MB .exe.

I meant the downloading application. Now all you can use is galaxy and sometimes they have backup files.

The offline installers are still there, if you use a web browser.

Exactly what stryx says above. You can still download the offline installer from you Games Library with the browser, just like always.
