The UFO: Aftershock description says it supports XP and Vista, but does it run on Windows 7 (64 bit)? Any experiences?

OK, so since no-one replied, I took a risk and bought the game. Turns out, it runs on the 64 bit Win7! :)

Did the bugs ever get fixed? This used to crash ALOT on me even in win2k & XP.

Actually it crashed so frequently it was practically unplayable while Aftermath and Afterlight ran fine...

Get the 1.3 patch (works with Seven), it is far better than my French Aftershock from Trilogy.
There are far less CTDs, however there are still some, so save often.

No, that thread only confirmed that the game runs on Windows 7. It didn't confirm that it also runs on 64 bit version of Windows 7.
