Besides my character and the inhabitants of a desert town, the vast majority of NPCs do not move their mouths when they speak. It's not a big deal, but since it wasn't an issue in the demo, I would think the full game would have it too.
Does anyone else have this problem?
P.S. I'm loving the game so far.
Verily, I am having this too. If this be not part of other releases then GOG doth indeed need to fix it, methinks.
AFAIK NPCs from the main quest line have lip-synching implemented.

The problem is the 1.7 version (which the GOG one is).
Somehow they bugged the data.lipsync file.

I have been able to fix it by substituting the data.lipsync file with one from an old 1.6 version of the game.
You will find this file in the Two Worlds\XACT\win\LipSync folder.
The one supplied with the GOG version is 1.51meg whereas the older 1.6 version is 2.84meg.

You will need to get your hands on the 1.6 version of the game to get the file.
Or if you like I could try and email the file to you.

Keep in mind that while it has fixed the problem for me I dont know if it will have any adverse effect on your game, though if it does I suspect that just replacing the original file back would work.

I wouldn't mind getting ahold of said file as well, any chance you could put it on a DL site for us who wish to not stare at unmoving mouths can enjoy the game to its fullest?
Unable to upload files as I don't have that set up but I'm happy to email the file.

rapidshare
megaupload
mediafire <== my choice
sendspace
iFile.it
badongo
depositfiles
filefactory
hotfile
and so on
Any of those services will meet that need nicely (though rapidshare sucks but is the most famous). They offer free temporary anonymous filesharing so you can quickly upload a file, with absolutely no charges involved for anyone who isn't after a premium service.
I'm having the lip synch (is it really accurate enough to be called that?) issue as well. It'd be great to get it fixed. I suppose using the file from the demo version wouldn't work...

The file worked!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
GOG really needs to get this fixed. They have a good reputation at stake in my opinion. I like them, and I like this game, but this is such an easy fix that it needs to be done for the consumer ASAP. Seriously.
Thank you so much! It's a great improvement :)
+rep for you Sir Stubbie!
