I don't know what causes it?

I don't know whether its loading issue because this is something that would happen like the game is loading things as I look around.

Regardless I dislike these sudden pauses everytime I move and look around.

How do I fix it?

The game defaults to windowed mode which may be causing the stutter. Try switching to full screen and restarting the game. Also make sure you have vsync enabled.

Nope it still stutters even in Full Screen mode and with Vsync and worse I just experiance my first crash of this game.

Why do people say this game is well updated?

Also for me: Great game, feels awesome, no bugs. But sometimes after entering a new zone, Alt-Tabbing out of the game or even just turning around quickly, the framerate goes down big time. For a few seconds. Then everything is fine again... It's annoying, but the game is awesome too awesome for this issue to matter. Still, a fix would be nice.
