Is there any possibility to run the game with 1920x1080??
Haven't found anything yet with Google or in the forum.

I've no problem, it's a choice in the Options of the game.

Tropico 1 or 2?

Tropico 1 & 2 likely use the same engine and are limited to 4:3 with up to 1600x1200.
Tropico 3 and later use a different engine and support 16:9.

I have yet to find a way to play Tropico 1 & 2 in widescreen.
The best I can do on a 1920x1080 screen is to play it in 1280x1024 windowed or fullscreen, in which case it will be stretched and hence distorted.

Has someone found a better way to play it?
