Sent email to support@kalypsomedia.com - no fix yet but it is a known issue.
"We can confirm that this rare crash is caused by the Windows update 1903.
We are looking into the issue right now and we are in the process of figuring out if the problem can be fixed by us or has to be fixed by Microsoft.
Temporarily, the only known fix is to revert back to an earlier windows version."
Let's wait and see...
