I've been over the almanac backwards and forwards, and can't seem to find where the Caribbean average pay is, so no clue whether I am paying my citizens too much or too little.
I know I saw this indicated somewhere in the game way back in the day, but can't find it anywhere now and nothing in the instructions or any strategy guide.

Under the "People" tap of the almanac, click "Income Disparity." It should be on that page.
