Any tips on making dock workers, you know, actually work? I have a ton of output stores just sitting around, with a freighter at the dock, and no one seems to want to actually load them and help me get out of this massive deficit. Thoughts?

You need a teamster's office to transport the goods from your farms, factories, etc to the docks. The dockworkers will load the goods stored at the docks onto the ships.

One more dock related question. If I have a Yacht-only dock, do I really need any dock workers there? They don't seem to serve any purpose in that case.

Make sure that the dock workers live as close to the dock as possible. If they don't, build some bunkhouses near the dock for them and set the rent/salary appropriately.

It won't work without them, but only one worker will do just fine AFAIK.
