So I'm currently playing through Trine and the Enhanced Edition is released (sweet). If I install the EE, does anyone know if I'll still be able to access my current game, or will it be incompatible?

I was wondering the same thing. If you have the original version and install the enhanced version, do they use the same save files or different files? Are they even compatible with each other? I doubt it, since the enhanced version uses a new engine.

Okay, so having finished Trine, I installed the Enhanced Edition - it did give me the option to import my save but didn't appear to give me the level select etc - fair enough, it may be because it was a complete game or it may not be compatible.

Happily, it's all still there if you start the original edition up so nothing lost. The EE looks beautiful, can't wait to have a go at the multiplayer (all the games were full, aw).
