JoelFB: It's not completely out of the question but right now can't promise. As for your own script, depending on the script and what it does (sorry this is me not really knowing too much about this topic - we were fine with the Debian package script that's here somewhere though), we might view it positively but I also don't want to promise that yet either...
Thanks for the positive feedback about the Debian packaging script, you’re the first one to give me an official approbation about it ;)
What I’m talking about for the matter at hand is an archive that would contain only the arch-specific files, no game assets at all, so someone could use it to "build" a 32-bit version of the game from a 64-bit one. Without the 64-bit version of the game it would be useless.
Anyway, I’ll make sure to contact you or another official about this before publishing anything.
JoelFB: To be perfectly honest we have quite a bit of other pressing matters to focus on right now, so the 32-bit version on Linux or Windows on GOG is not the highest of priorities. Sorry! :(
Looks like you got it backwards for the Linux version: there’s only a 32-bit build available, no 64-bit one.
And it’s the other way around for Windows if I understand well what PurSpyk is saying.
I understand that Trine 3 is the top priority right now, but it is still nice to see there’s still some support for previous entries and that things are worked on, or at least acknowledged ;)
