You can't install this game in Program Files (x86) because you're not allowed to have parentheses in the path name? Are you KIDDING me?!

Why would you want to install it in to Program Files anyways? Windows gets pretty bitchy about permissions in that folder. It's gonna be a lot less hassle if you put it into a games folder or some such, rather than using system folders.
