Hi,

Played quite a bit of this game and yet the ability-assigning menu is still a foreign language to me. Basically I am stuck with certain abilities because I cannot figure out how to change them. I gamely try an 'Access Point' and try to switch what I have and yet . . . it doesn't work. I 'uninstall' an ability, it uninstalls. Then I try to install a new ability in the open and slot and . . . it refuses. I cannot put anything into empty slots once i open them. So, as I say, I am stuck. Did I miss a walkthru or clear-language explanation on the menu or something because it is Im-f&*cking-penetrable. Is there a very, very, very, very clear explanation of how the heck you manage your abilities somewhere? Seriously, pretend I'm stupid: how does this work?

Old thread, but just playing it now I will agree there are a lot of functions in this game - despite its many charms - that are not well explained.

I just tried a challenge where I had only 2 abilities, neither of which I'd had before ingame, and without any tool tips at all to say what they do.

It's a game that's simultaneously fascinating and frustrating.
