Steam, PS4, etc. now has an "Extended Edition" of this game. Will we be getting that on GOG? Does the latest patch used on GOG already include that?

I verified that the version from gog.com is the Extended Edition. It is the "v0.170" version. That's the Extended Edition. I quickly searched for an item that was added in the Extended Edition, and I verified that it appears in the GOG version.
Remember, the gog.com website will still show the game as "Transient" instead of "Transient: Extended Edition", and the desktop shortcut won't say the "Extended Edition" words either, but it is the new version.

I can confirm that Transient should be the Extended Edition for all platforms. This is not properly reflected on the GOG store page, but we're working on that :)
