Hello there!

A rare but not unheard of, your issue is a bit tricky to track or reproduce I'm afraid.

Any recent changes to your system - software or hardware-wise perhaps? What were the steps you took to try and fix the audio problem?

Hello and thx for the reply - cannot recall any updates etc that may have contributed. Tried putting sound through (a) DP to monitor and (b) bluetooth to headphones without success.
Not a big issue as I can also play on my PC (with full sound!)

Are you using offline installers? Try updating/repairing your game please.
Check your Focus settings too, as well as if there's any extra audio drivers installed that may interfere with your sound output.
I'd also like you to try the "connect with wireless headphones first, then start the game; after that, select another output (or speaker)" workaround please. Does that do anything?
