So I "won", but I know that there is something past that. Anyone ever beat the boss that's beyond the normal Sanctum boss? I encountered it early on, maybe 15th playthrough, and proceeded to get my butt whooped.

Yes, when you kill that boss, you get the uberwin. You can play in Endless Mode to stock up on powerups, before confronting him. Sadly, at the loading sequence of the last level I get the most crashes, so I rarely see him.

The crows nest? Yes, and when you do you get an Uber win. Each Ubwe win puts a star on the weapon and perk you used to when you beat that boss, and if you are going for 100% completion you need to star each weapon and perk. Good luck doing that with Hedgehog or on Nightmare :)
