HA!
You really think i would make a list of cheats?
Damn... Why don't you just go google them?
There is at least 500 pages out there with a list of cheats and trainers :P
Todays Joke is on you!
However, if people is really asking to the cheats and possible links to some trainers
i might put them up, but the games fun will only be ruined... but thats my opinion, i don't mind of people like to cheat (like me) :P

i'll post those "fun" spoilers. :D
although most of them are just handy commands and most arent flagged as cheats.
Note that cheats dont work in the main campaign, but commands like +clock and "non" cheating commands do work.
press enter to bring up chat, then:
"+los" gives line of sight.
"+atm" +1000metal/energy
"+sing" (personal favourite, not listed as a cheat though)
"+clock" shows game clock perminantly bottom left
"+shootall" units will shoot everything (including resource structures) instead of just military targets.
"+radar" gives 100% radar coverage.
"+noshake" stops the screen from shaking upon huge explosions.
"+showranges" (is considered a cheat) Shows the roam/manouveur/radar/firing range of any selected unit.
Aww man!
You just spoiled my fun...
ooh well...
hope someone will enjoy this...
if not...
well...
whatever...

I've never understood why this isn't standard.

Maybe to leave them intact for the Commander to capture? This applies more to the preset scenarios than to skirmish maps, it seems, except for metal extractors out in the boonies.
I'll add:
+dither - helps determine units' visibility range in explored territory on maps where the grayed-out landscape is nearly indistinguishable from the land within the vision radius, such as with arctic terrain.
Don't forget "Meteor"
