Anyone know how to increase number of units ? 250 units = poor playability, it's not age of empires after all.

Please help

Create an empty text document with notepad, add the next two lines in to increase the maximum amount of units you can control (the default is 250) it and save it as "totala.ini" in your Total Annihilation directory:

[Preferences]
UnitLimit = 500;

I did this and it didn't work. Still says 250

Works for me, you may be doing something wrong, or are using a patch-level that I'm not. I can confirm that this works if you put the totala.ini file in the correct directory, and are using the GOG 3.1c version provided by this site.

it works with total annihilation provided by this site (i didn't patch the game).
