The question is for Total Annihilation: Kingdoms, but I will try solutions for Total Annihilation too.

I'm creating a single player skirmish vs multiple AI, setting for me "Team 1", and for all the AI "Team 2", so they should be in the same team all against me. Instead, they start fighting each other as a normal All vs All skirmish.

What should I do? I can try to set up settings from the map editor too.

If you put them on the same team they aren't supposed to fight each other.

Yet they ARE fighting each other. The OP is trying to find out why because, as you mentioned, they shouldn't be.
