I started TA and all I get is a black screen. I HEAR sound, but the stupid game isn't showing up. What do I do? I tried window mode and I HATE the screen position, it doesn't work for me at all and I can't move it.

Execute "Chose Renderer" and select Software MMX, it solved it for me.

I don't see any Choose Renderer program.

Do you see the intro screen? Or does this happen when you try to start a game?

Are you using Desktop Compositing?

My fault, I thought it was Kingdoms. Give a try to v.3.9,01 patch, maybe it solves it.

I hear what sounds like the music for the intro and the menu. Screen's black. I'm not sure if I'm using desktop compositing or not.
