Anyone know how I can use the alt key to select units in Total Annihilation for the mac?

I tried the alt/option key, holding down the function key, and the control key. But none of those seem to work.

Help?

I have heard (but cannot confirm myself at the moment) that it's the "command" key.

Hmmm...

OK, I just tried loading the game and played around with unit selection. The "command" key on my keyboard (early-2009 iMac) works (like the "alt" key in the manual) to select squads. So I'm not sure why it's not working on your computer, sorry.
