Just wanted to say it was disappointed to go the the gog store page and read the first review by benzeneboy. I dont know if they are actively lying or just dont know what happened and dont care to find out. They claim

"However, after the kickstarter funded and pledges from people like me were locked in, inExile announced that they were changing the combat system from Real-time-with-pause (RTwP) to Turn-based (TB) mechanics"

This is not what happened. The combat system was voted on by the backers. The reviewer makes it sound like inxile lied or mislead him.

I stopped the review right there. If you can't be honest about something this simple to find you shouldn't be trusted in the rest. Hopefully this review gets some no votes as to not mislead people.

The solution to that is to simply post your own "review" on the same page and correct it.

I am a backer too, the newslater was active during the creation and i took a look every month....
I didn't notice a vote about the combatsystem!

But...i prefer TB-combat anyway so...;)

No proof needed :), i believed you, i just wanted to say...it was not that well known, even to people that payed some attention.

Sorry i wasnt trying to prove it to you in somekind of aggressive way. :) I wasnt allowed for some reason or maybe my own incompetence to add a link in my original post so when you posted it just annoyed me again that i didnt add link originally so i tried again.

It's disheartening to see these dishonest reviews getting so many helpful votes. I originally thought about posting a "review" with citations but I decided that I didn't want to stress myself around these narcisists and kept playing the game instead. I believe I am near an end in the game so I guess I will be writing a real review soon.
