pertonnn: I recently purchased Tomb Raider 4 and 5 on Gog (it was sold as a combo pack). I installed Chronicles, but I can't change the resolution. As some users suggested, there isn't a setup file in the game folder. I'm running Windows 10. Any advice would be most appreciated.
This is an old topic, but I figured this out and thought it might help somebody at some point.
Find your install folder. If you have Galaxy installed, go to the game page, at the top, click the button that has lines and circles (It's right next to the Play button). Go to Manage Installation -> Show Folder.
Once there, find a file named PCTomb5.exe. Create a new shortcut to this file.
Right-click the new shortcut and click Properties.
In the "Target" field, you should see the game file path. At the end of the path, put a space and type in setup. It should look something like this:
"D:\Games\Tomb Raider 5\PCTomb5.exe" setup
Click OK.
Right click the shortcut again and click Run as Administrator. Click through the permission box and the setup utility will open.
Set whatever settings you need to set and run the game.
You need to run as Admin or the settings won't save, and you'll need to set them again every time you run the game
For future runs, you don't need this shortcut unless you are changing settings and can run the game with the normal shortcut or through Galaxy.
Note that I also had to run the game as Admin in order to get it to save my key bindings. After that it was fine.
This was rather frustrating as it seems like a simple thing that GoG could fix but there it is. I normally expect better from games on this site. Game works I guess/
