is there a way to use a Logitech controller with it or are you stuck using the keyboard?

You can use 3rd party apps like DS4Windows (for Dualshock 4), InputMapper, Pinnacle Game Profiler, and XPadder. Unfortunately the only native fix I could get working wont allow you to use the D-pad, L2 or R2 buttons.

I know i managed to change the controls for Dosbox with Ctrl+F1, But i managed to F up one of the button's and i couldn't redo it.
