WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE TR1 SAFE MODE EXECUTABLE? I recently downloaded the new installer but the safe mode for TR1 that had working, non-broken FMV cinematics unlike the main EXE shortcut has disappeared. Does anyone know where I can find it again? The game is unplayable otherwise due to the FMVs having audio only and I refuse to watch them separately from the game.

Crisis averted. :) I just found the safe mode shortcut hiding in the stupid windows 8 start menu. just goes to show that Windows 10 will be better.

I can't mark my own post as the solution though even though it is.

Just goes to show that Windows 10 don't will be better. It all went downhill after Win7.
