I talked to early.

They was disappeared, also those added by Support.
I was asked to submit my logs, so I did.
This was the response:

"Many thanks for sending me the requested logs.
After going through them, I have managed to find the following:

2024-03-16 15:31:23.820 [Error][ (0)] [TID 7708][comm_service]: [AuthenticatedWebSocketManager::ConnectionListener] OnConnectionFailed: address=notifications-pusher.gog.com, failureReason=0

Please add the following files to both your antivirus and firewall trusted/exception list:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClient.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClientService.exe
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\GalaxyCommunication.exe
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\GalaxyUpdater.exe
Make sure to restart GOG GALAXY after following above.
Afterwards, please restart the client and check if the problem will persist."

I followed the instructions and it didn't work, but at least maybe someone here will make use of the identified bug.

I don't know - this looks more like a general fix for problems with Galaxy than a game specific fix for this Remaster. I have no problems with other games unlocking achievements.

They asked logs to me too, I hope they find the solution.
Another discovery:
I counted all the achievements that show up on my list as done. There are 78 displayed on the list. The over all achievement counter says that I have 105 achievements and the 39% reflects that (105/269). So these numbers DO count the achievements that are displayed as still locked.

Do any of you have any updates on the problem?

No. I sent them another support request...
Well i have some bugs but i think it comes from GOG itself, not the game.

Yes, it's GOG. This exact achievement is also glitching for me.
The situation is getting really strange.

I'm in contact with the support team and i gave them the list of the achievements i should have got for manual unlock. They replied by saying it was already unlocked (actually i was thinking it was the case so no surprise on my end).

So the problem is still there but at least i know the achievements are indeed unlocked even if they don't appear to be.
yes, they seem to be counted in the % progress and the achievement counter on your GOG profile. They just don't show up as unlocked on the list and they pop up in recent activity tab multiple times- each time you fulfill the criteria.

Folks, I have a solution!
Many thanks to GOG support.

"Thank you for sending us the files that we have asked for.

When looking at both them and our database, I can see that the trophies that you have unlocked (for example „There's so much to remember here") are being shown within our system as unlocked (the date getting that specific trophy is 16th of February 2024).

It could be that the application is not able to properly refresh your account data. To verify this, please shut down GOG GALAXY and navigate to the following directory: %programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy (You can access this directory by the Winkey+R command just like with the logs) and look for a file named „config.json" which looks like this:
[see attached]

once you find said file, please either delete it or move it outside the directory, launch GOG GALAXY again and see if the problem will persist. If it will, then please right-click on the newly created „config.json" (after you shut down the application again), go to „Properties" and in the attributes section (bottom of the window) set the file type to „Read-only" and then just like before, start GOG GALAXY and see if the problem will persist. You might want to give the application some time to properly sync it's data so if the trophies won't synchronize themselves immediately, simply leave the app in the background and come back later to see if the problem will persist.

Should you have any other questions that you would like to ask, then feel free to reply to this e-mail and let me know.

I did the first thing they asked- just dragged the json file out of the folder and relaunched Galaxy. All trophies that I had collected & weren't working, were suddenly visible on the achievement list.

Sadly that didn't work.

Also Tomb Raider 2 NG+ didn't unlock.
Yeah the trophies disappeared again after a while... However, I noticed that each time I turn my PC on without opening GOG Galaxy, all achievements are listed correctly on my gog.com profile. They only disappear after opening Galaxy.

So you can always check your current progress before opening Galaxy.

Didn't work for me either. I don't know if this is the same issue everyone else is having, but I do see all achievements I obtained, except 2 of them only show up as unlocked in the Activity panel, but when I do to the My Progress section, they show up as locked there, as if the client can keep track of what I already unlocked. These 2 are both obtainable from the Laras's Home tutorial level in TR2 (the only one I'm playing at the moment), so I tried to obtain them again just to see, but still nothing in My Progress.
