I'm assuming you want to have two players playing on individual screens, but within the same race; as it normally split screens for 2 player mode.
Unfortunately TOCA 3 doesn't even support multi monitor set ups, so the idea of using two displays like this is out of the question.
The way to do it is to have two PCs connected via a network to each other, then simply play a LAN match. This is the only way for the locational idea (being next to each other) to work.
If you need some advice on setting up a game over a LAN, just ask. I hope this helps.

Thx so much for the info! My reply comes a bit late but it doesn't matter. I know how to set-up a game over LAN but thx anyway. :)
