So, how does it work now? Can I have Atlantis without Ragnarok? How they cooperate with each other when it comes to bugs, QoL improvements, graphic updates?

I have just dowloaded the Atlantis expansion. Do I have to play through the whole game and Ragnorak before I can play expansion. There used to be a choice of playing either TQ or Ragnorak. That seems to have disapeared with the Atlantis download.

Hello. A can not Install DLC Ragnarok and Antlantis. Different versions of the game and add-ons offline game installers on Russian version site GOG.com

You don't need Ragnarok to play Atlantis, it's an add on to the base game.

No, Atlantis can be started when you reach Rhodes. Go down the stairs onto the beach and then head south for the dock/ship you'll find waiting there.

I've installed the Anniversary edition + Ragnarok and I'm in the middle of the game, can I install Atlantis and continue the game with my existing character?

It worked this way with Ragnarök so I guess it will work with Atlantis as well.

Has anybody tried if the "camera rotation" tool (TQcam) still works with the updated TQ version?
I know this is kinda cheating and that there are graphical issues in certain locations, but I personally dislike "forced" ISO-perspective. Esp. in games that are actually real 3D (unlike Baldur's Gate etc.)

I just installed Atlantis and I can confirm that you will simply start at the last well if you chose a character from an earlier game.

If you create a new character there is no new option to get an "even more well known hero" only the option "well known hero" you already had in Ragnarök and you will also start at this position (Temple of Asklepios) at Level 40 wit 2.5 Mio gold and strangely enough poison resistence of 5% - which probably is a bug.

5% Poison Resistance is not a bug, you get it as reward for completing quest to see Oracle in Delphi.

Anybody else experiencing crashes when launcing TQ_DX11 ? When I run legacy TQ (which uses DX9) it runs fine but in the menu I can see Intel HD graphics being used. I cannot switch to my NVidia card. If I use TQ_DX11 it crashes on start up. When I edit options.txt to disable _dx11 (setting displayAdapter_dx11=0) I can launch TQ_DX11 once, but on exit it changes the setting back to displayAdapter_dx11=1 and again I get crash on next launch attempt. So - does it mean I can only use DX9 with integrated graphics??? Would be a shame.

If you don't use the Intel integrated graphics card at all you might want to try to deinstall the drivers or deactivate tha card. There is also a setting in nVidia control panel with which you can set the preferred card that might help.

Anyway: You should report this error to the devs using this

This is a really good news because I love this game but haven't finished it completely since it was initally released... Everytime I started, I had to stop because I was waiting for a new element and I wanted the best version, so I stopped for IT, then for the Community patch, then for Anniversary, then for Ragnarok. Now I'm in Cnossos and I was like NOOOOO not again but I'll add Atlantis as you said AND FINISH IT AT LAST :-)
