So everything else checks out, except the processor GHz (processor speed 2.3GHz) which only exceeds minimum reqs.

But will my Intel Chipset suffice?

Dedicated video RAM is at 32mb, far shy of the minimum

Installed RAM is 4.0, which I hope would make up any difference.

No, not at all. 32Mb vRAM is insanely low.

Hell my 16 year old dell has 512mb ...
Game runs fine. Purring like a kitten. Well, not "fine" but it runs. And at max settings to boot.

Looks decent. Not great. Performs decent. Framerate drops especially around effects - I imagine it'll get awfully bogged down in a busy scene - but drop the settings and it runs pretty smooth.
Are you able to run it with Shadows on? I have an Intel 530 and if I turn on shadows the textures start getting a dither effect.

It runs with shadows on, yes and on highest setting. But I can't really speak for performance yet as I haven't played it all that much. Frame rate drops when things get busy, especially around effects like fire. I have not noticed any dither.

I really didn't notice performance take a major hit on highest settings. But the game doesn't really tax resources much early on.

I wish I knew exactly what my Intel HD is, because that's all it is listed as. So I don't know how my gfx compares to yours exactly. Naturally, your results may vary.

Intel driver allocates RAM for graphics dynamically. 32 MB of "dedicated" RAM is just what's set in BIOS so it's reserved for the framebuffer, but the memory for Direct3D/OpenGL texturing and processing can go above that (on request).

AH excellent! it's been years since I used integrated chipsets, I was unaware it did that. that's actually pretty cool.
It even runs on an Intel HD 3000 (~2011) in WINE, but on low settings. According to some comment it should run about twice as fast on Windows, so you should be fine.
