My computer should be able to run it but it can seem to work. I tried reinstalling but that didn't work either. Any ideas? Appreciate the help.

Appreciate it, but I tried that and it didn't work either. it says: "An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem."

Now I'm getting a message saying "The program can't start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
