I just bought the GOG version of the game expecting to get a steamcode.
Is it possible to just get a steamcode? I like to have all my games in 1 place

GOG doesn't sell Steam keys, so no. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can get a refund and purchase it on Steam.

I already have the game on GOG. But if I got it through the Google play store on my phone, would I still be able to play with other people on GOG?

No the mobile version of the game doesn't support multiplay. It's single player only.
