I've seen references to a mod that allows you to rotate the camera view around your character. This would be handy. But I've also seen indication you need mods specific to the Anniversary Edition. Can anyone here point me to an appropriate mod?

<edit>
Still looking around but I haven't found any Camera Mods for TQ Anniversary Edition. Hopefully someone will be able to update the Anniversary Edition executable to provide a much desired feature. Or THQ Nordic could provide it natively but after so many years (and missed in the AE release) I'm not holding my breath.

I don't the compability but here is the Camera Mod:

https://www.kirmiziperfect.com/titan-quest-immortal-throne-installation-guide-with-most-popular-mods-and-patches/#camera_mod_collection
Maker didn't provide source files for exe build.
So all u can do is to apply easy modifications to database instructed in readme and try to use his exe and see if it works.
If it does not do a game.exe check or if it doesn't specifically do any memory check , there should be no reasons why it wouldn't work.

Thanks for the posts folks. Will check on it and let you all know.
I doubt it will work properly as the camera mods change core files, but please do let us know regardless. There is a rotate mod and there is also an extreme zoom mod which lets you get very distant views as well as very close over-the-shoulder views.
I finally got around to testing the camera mod it_camera_mod_collection_3.2. It was built for TQ:IT 1.10 but I gave it a shot anyway. No Joy! In fact, it crashes the game when you click on "Play Titan Quest" button.

Oh well. Maybe someone will find the source or build a new one for TQ Anniversary v1.3.

It seems that was not the fix.

Yes, I had made those changes with the notable exception of the .exe name. These directions have tqit.exe whereas the Anniversary version here uses tq.exe. So I renamed the original tq.exe to tq2.exe, then renamed TitanCamModIT.exe to tq.exe, then made the exe name change in TitanCamModIT.ini to tq2.exe. This completely models the instructions so I figure I've got it right.

Although the game starts, there is no rotation occurring when pressing [ or ] as per the instructions

I will try it myself tonight and try to get it working.
I am very sorry, it was not the fix i see now. It was the fix for getting Camera Mod in Steam for Immortal Throne (not Anniversary Edition).
Hopefully someone with the knowledge and proper skill set will update the camera rotate mod to work with the anniversary edition. Playing with the fixed static cam is kind of painful! The developers themselves should not have made such an oversight in the camera design, with the rest of the game being pretty well done. Be great if GOG themselves would update and implement the fix, since the fix already exists for the older versions of the game, but that's probably hoping for too much since it was never designed into the original game.
