waltc: It is borderless for me ROOB and always has been. It sounds like you are using a non-native resolution to run the game--or you have picked a custom resolution that is outside the aspect-ratio of your monitor.

I'm running the game @ 2560x1600 on a 1920x1200 native-res monitor (through AMD's virtual res options) and everything is borderless. Well, with one exception--and that is the cut scenes, which have borders at the top and the bottom--but that is only because the aspect ratio of the cut scenes differs from the 16:10 aspect ratio I have set for the game's resolution. The game itself, however, runs borderless for me regardless of the resolution. You may need to adjust your monitor's refresh rates, etc.

HeDanny: This was answered in another thread, but I can't seem to find it now. If you are asking if you can do this with Galaxy, the answer is no. Galaxy ignores anything you append to the game's EXE. This is a big poop!

You can, however, get it working if you don't bother with Galaxy.

Open your install directory.
Find tq.exe
right click and Send to .. desktop
Check your desktop for the shortcut that was just made. Right Click .. Properties.
append "-borderless" (with out quotes) to the end of what ever is in the "target" cell.
click Apply, then ok.
Launch the game using this shortcut.
Go into you the game options menu, and then to Video.
Un-tick the fullscreen box
Quit the game, and then restart it using the shortcut.

If all that went well, the game should now, hopefully, be running in a borderless window.

UncleElias: I was using Galaxy. Then I tried the shortcut with the -borderless and it was a no go. How did you get it to run ROOB without the new -borderless parameter?

waltc: I run the game full screen and it's borderless...no parameter set. I don't use Galaxy, however (just gets in the way.) Is there some reason you don't want to use fullscreen?

Be that as it may, glad you got it worked out...;)

UncleElias: Waltc the -borderless parameter runs the game in 'windowed' mode but in a borderless full screen and maybe also smaller window (I haven't tested that). That way you don't have to Alt+Tab out to get to your mouse cursor to other monitor(s) and applications. In borderless windowed mode you can simply move your mouse around the entire Windows desktop like you would with other Windows apps.

By following HeDanny's instructions I was finally able to run it.
