I recalled recently that I have the good old Titan Quest Gold Edition on GamersGate.
I installed it, rolled the fanpatch 1.17a over, and now enjoy the normal TQ with no ugly models, no stupid new items, no completely out-of-place Nordic theme with its completely unfitting tenth Mastery, no interface changes, no abated difficulty, no irritating mechanics changes, no broken XP compatibility, and so on...
I got tired of these idiotic unending 'vikings' in every other game. It would be better that fans would have finished their Atlantis fan add-on but they dropped it when Ragnarok abomination came out, alas.
I bet these arse-handed Pieces Interactive or whoever are now responsible for TQAE support will take this idea for their (probably potentially possible) new expansion and make it in a Pre-Colombian-Aztec-Atlantis setting (and we've seen it all already in the rough diamond of Loki: Heroes of Mythology). It's bad they are incapable to make it worthy though.
