So i am using Isbel: healer in my deck but she's bugged i think and it's really annoying, everytime i get her, the current boost amount says 0 even though i've been damaged severly by the enemy, is this is a bug?

And are you sure you haven't used her power already? Remember that you can only use her healing powers once in the round.

yes, even when i draw her on the 2nd round it says 0 before i play it even though i've certainly taken damage

Isbel damager bugged too. And Gascon. This is big problem. After mulligan this cards they don't work.
